He is not pushy which I like and takes care of all the finite details. He was great with finding me a mortgage I could afford at a rate that was better than the big box groups. He also followed up with me a year later when interest rates dropped and set me up on a refinance at 2.5% for 15 years essentially cutting my home loan in have for almost the same payment I paid for a 30 year.
